RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, or items that are no longer in their original packaging.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price, minus any shipping, delivery charges and restocking fees. 

Select categories are final sale and cannot be returned. If in doubt please contact us prior to your purchase to verify. Final sale categories: Seasonal Items, Custom Order/Made To Order Items, Fountains & Outdoor Items.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.


SHIPPING
The client is responsible for shipping costs back, please contact us to initiate your return to the closest return center. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable and insured shipping service.
